Due to the nature of our products and offerings, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.


Ceramic Vessels + Physical Handmade Goods

Our ceramic vessels are handmade, and each piece is a functional work of art. Because of this, slight variations in size, shape, glaze, tone, and finish are natural and expected. These variations are part of the character and uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

All ceramic vessel sales are final and non-refundable.

Each order is carefully packaged with protective materials and labeled as fragile to preserve the integrity of the product during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at aloha@thevessel.life with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage

We will review and address the issue accordingly.


Courses + Digital Products

All courses, digital products, and downloadable materials are non-refundable.

Once purchased, these products cannot be returned or exchanged, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

At checkout, customers are required to confirm their understanding and agreement to this policy before completing their purchase.
