this self-paced course helps women uncover the language, emotional tone, and relational patterns that
shaped their relationship with money and sexuality—so they can consciously create something new.
you can budget, earn, save & invest.
but underneath it, the same reactions, thoughts, and emotional patterns keep showing up.
And the way money feels in your body… still carries the same tension, pressure & limitation. You are still creating the same situations.
this isn’t a money problem—it’s a pattern problem
At this point, we aren’t just working with money, we are working with the IMPRINT.
your mother’s relationship with money became part of the environment that shaped yours.
her fears around survival
her sense of security
her relationship to value
her capacity—or lack of capacity—to receive
over time, these experiences formed a subconscious blueprint that still influences how you make decisions today.
strategy alone isn’t going to solve it
What’s missing isn’t the awareness of the problem – it’s the awareness of the pattern and a way to rewrite it.
rewrite your inherited money story (or your sex story – because they’re the same energy, right?) and expand your capacity to receive.
inside your mother’s money story, you won’t just learn new concepts—you’ll move through a self-paced process that helps
you uncover what shaped you, rewrite what no longer fits & create a more intentional relationship with money, receiving, and creative power.
through modules like triggers, write your story, write your mother’s story, outcome creation, compare & contrast, rewrite your story,
installations, natural, energetic & spiritual law, and tools & integration, you’ll build both awareness and application.
you’ll leave with practical tools, deeper self-understanding & a framework you can return to as your life evolves.
a guided, self-paced process to uncover, rewrite, and embody a new relationship with money
module 1: awareness of your current patterns
identify your triggers, language, and unconscious reactions to money so you can see what’s actually running your system
module 2: mapping your story + your mother’s story
write and compare both narratives to clearly distinguish what is yours and what was inherited
module 3: authorship + rewriting
step into authorship of your life by rewriting outdated beliefs and generating new outcomes that reflect what you actually desire
module 4: embodiment + integration
anchor new patterns through embodiment practices, installations, and tools so the shift becomes lived in your body
integration calls: application in real life
apply the work to your relationships, receiving, and decision-making around money, sex, and exchange
“I don’t have enough money.”
“I’ll never have that.”
“I can’t afford that.”
“I’m jealous of what that woman has.”
these aren’t just thoughts.
they are patterns—wired into your body & repeated in moments of stress, desire, and comparison.
learned through tone, silence, and subtle cues:
the tension around money
the emotional cost of receiving
the unspoken rules around worth and exchange
over time, this became your baseline.
so even when you want more—
more ease, more wealth, more freedom—
You have that story running through your head that “it is not for you.”
What changes when you see the pattern?
“money and sexuality were highly conflicted areas of my life during my developing years. i had only known the idea of trading time for money. sexuality was a taboo subject in my home and was treated as a punishable sin. nothing changed after marriage.
it wasn’t until after divorce that i finally began to understand myself. with the help of nervous system tools and a brave community, i began to feel safe in wealth and pleasure. and for the first time, i could speak the truth about my desires.”
– Michale Chatham
this course is your invitation to begin that shift— in your own way.
learn to feel safe receiving more ease, wealth, and freedom.
Yes, that can happen. This course is not about blaming your mother or your upbringing—every generation inherits patterns from the one before it. The purpose is simply to see those patterns clearly so you can decide what continues and what changes.
Alongside the material, you’ll be guided through embodiment practices designed to help you stay grounded as insights arise. Many women also choose to pair this work with courses like Generative Biohabits, which support building cellular energy and resilience so you don’t feel overwhelmed while exploring the past.
There is no one grading your answers here. Whatever comes up is information for you to observe. When we remove the moral judgment and emotional charge from these experiences, even the most difficult patterns can begin to soften and become workable.
This course isn’t about deciding whether you are good or bad with money. The purpose is to excavate the patterns and belief systems that may no longer be serving you in adulthood.
Throughout the course, you’ll be asked to generate clear outcomes—naming what you actually desire in your life and relationship with resources. When you do that, it becomes easier to see which beliefs and reactions are truly yours and which ones were inherited from your environment. From there, you can begin to consciously choose what stays and what changes.
No. This course is not a “how-to” guide for managing money or navigating sexuality.
The material is primarily self-led and designed as an excavation of your own thoughts, beliefs, inherited patterns, and lived experiences. Through the prompts, practices, and workbook exercises, you’ll begin to see the story you’ve been operating from—often shaped long before adulthood.
The goal is to help you consciously rewrite that story and generate a new one moving forward. In many ways, the work moves in both directions: bringing awareness to the past while creating a different trajectory for the future.
Many women find that simply working through the prompts reveals how much patterning they absorbed from their mothers—especially in how they relate to money, intimacy, and exchange. As that awareness grows, they often begin transforming how they show up in their marriages, their families, and the patterns they choose to pass on.
You will learn how to identify the unconscious language, emotional patterns, and inherited beliefs about money that were passed through your maternal line. From there, you’ll be guided through embodied tools, linguistic rewrites, and identity shifts that help you build a new relationship with money rooted in creativity, integrity, and capacity to receive.
Right, most people don’t “know” it consciously at first. This course helps you uncover it through guided reflection, pattern mapping, and body awareness. As you move through the material, you’ll begin to recognize the phrases, emotional responses, and behaviors that shaped your relationship with money long before you were aware of them.
You also do not need to know your birth mother for this work. What matters most is the imprint of your primary caregiver between ages 0–7, when many of our foundational beliefs about safety, value, and resources are formed. The course invites you to explore the environment and influences from that period so you can better understand the patterns you may still be carrying today.
This course is not focused on manifestation or positive thinking. The emphasis is on creating clear outcomes, making decisions that align with those outcomes, and examining the belief systems required to support them.
Much of the work involves identifying where your current beliefs were inherited and consciously rewriting the ones that no longer match the life you want to live. Through language work, embodiment practices, and structured reflection, you begin aligning your internal framework with the outcomes you are choosing to generate.
This course is not about blaming your mother or assuming something went wrong in your upbringing. Many women in our communities actually have stable financial lives. They may not be struggling to generate money at all—sometimes their household is well resourced, or a partner is the primary provider.
But as we’ve mentioned, the energetic dynamics of money and sexuality are closely connected. Even when finances appear stable, women often begin to notice patterns around receiving in other areas of life. Were you taught that there is a price for receiving? Was money given, but with an emotional expectation attached to it? Did receiving support come with pressure, obligation, or the need to perform in return?
For many women, money was technically available—but it carried an emotional cost. Over time this can generate subtle feelings of guilt, shame, or indebtedness that shape how you receive in relationships, business, and partnership.
This course invites you to look at those dynamics with curiosity. The goal is simply to see what is operating beneath the surface so you can consciously decide what continues and what changes.
